Junior Brand Manager

Job Purpose:

Contributing in the delivery of winning marketing plans, constantly tracking performance of the Greek Specialties brands (MAMOS & NYMFI) and suggesting initiatives to meet annual targets.  

The role will contribute in the success of a highly dynamic category, ensuring high-level execution of key brand pillars and having full ownership of certain brand initiatives.

Athenian Brewery is a highly collaborative environment and this role needs to embody this way of working. She / He will work closely with key stakeholders across the business while enabling strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

·         Contribute to brand portfolio strategy and individual brands’ positioning.

·         Contribute in the development of Annual Greek Specialties Brand Plans.

·         Collaborate with external and internal partners for the development of effective through the line brand content.

·         Responsible for brand sponsorships and experiential activation.

·         Responsible for brands social media calendar and community management.

·         Responsible for influencers’ strategy and plan execution.

·         Involved in the procedure of product packaging development of existing or new SKUs.

·         Constant alignment with Trade Marketing to ensure outstanding execution in On Trade and Off Trade.

·         Communication with Trade Marketing & Sales to ensure cross-functional alignment.

·         Constant monitor of business performance against annual plan and suggestion of corrective actions.

·         Responsible for budget control.

 

Employee / Candidate Profile:

·         University degree at postgraduate level (preferably marketing related studies)

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand management

·         Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently

·         Demonstrate experience in digital and social media platforms and technologies

·         A creative mind able to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into communication objectives and ideas.

·         Agile interpersonal communication and problem solving skills

·         Data-driven and analytical mindset

·         Self-motivated professional that can thrive in a team and inspire others

·         Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
