Sykes provides great development opportunities widely available to those who work hard and want to progress. Do you speak Greek? SYKES hires you to become a new Customer Care Representative. The job involves to respond to all business to business customers’ enquiries over the email within given timescales, efficiently and effectively. Previous work experience in a similar field is not required! 

Activities:
  • To respond to all business to business customers’ enquiries over the email within given timescales, efficiently and effectively

  • To develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of client products and services

  • To be able to recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff

  • To deal with all correspondence as requested/required

  • To responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms

  • To consult product manuals, to be able to advise customer of appropriate options/solutions

  • To work directly with Expedia, a collaborating client of the company

  • Business administration for travel agencies
